Being a poet myself and a lover of all poetry and essays I
found this compilation to be very heartfelt and at times uplifting . My favorite
out of all of the poems however; would have to be " Ghosts of Calendonia" loved
it ! Great job ladies.

you read their words you can feel, hear, and almost taste their passion, pain,
and joy. Each poem tugs at the heart strings and resonates deep inside. No
matter the subject matter of the poem you can find some echoing emotion rise up,
whether familiar and comforting or even the feeling of shared pain, letting you
know you are not alone in your feelings of loss and loneliness. All poetry
should latch onto something in the reader, evoking introspection one's life and
inner most feelings. Whispers in the Dark will evoke all that and more,
whispering to you of all that each of member of the human race feels but is
afraid to let out.
